Prices are per week and include bed linens & bathroom towels.

Changeover day is a Saturday, with arrival at 4pm and departure by 10am.

The cottage will be clean and tidy on your arrival.  All we ask is that you leave it in the same condition on your departure.

Following your initial enquiry we will email you a booking form for you to complete and return with your deposit.

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, with the balance due eight weeks before the start of your holiday.

On receipt of the balance we will send you full directions on how to find us.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

You are welcome to bring your dog along, with prior agreement.

Please note that as a guest you stay and use the facilities entirely at your own risk.

Parents have full responsibility for their children at all times particularly in and around the pool and terrace areas.
